1. What Parlay Bakery is
Parlay Bakery provides data-driven sports analysis ("angles") for entertainment purposes. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept or place wagers, and nothing on the site is betting or financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the age of majority for gambling-related products in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to view this content where you live. By creating an account you confirm this.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time email link. You are responsible for the security of your email account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or redistribute paid content, or violate these terms.
4. Sprinkles (site credits)
Sprinkles are prepaid site credits used to unlock content. They are not money, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, sprinkle purchases are final; contact us about accidental or duplicate charges and we'll make it right. Promotional sprinkles may carry additional conditions.
5. Unlocks
Unlocking a game grants your account permanent access to that game's published angles for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or public reposting of paid content is prohibited.
6. No guarantees
Angles are statistical estimates. Sports are uncertain. We make no warranty about outcomes, and our published track record — including losses — is provided for transparency, not as a promise of future performance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parlay Bakery is not liable for any losses (including gambling losses) arising from use of the site. The service is provided "as is."
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
